You couldn’t miss this! On Wednesday, December 7th, National Volunteer Day, we celebrated our one-year anniversary with the Amsterdam Corporate Volunteer Platform *Business Involved*. Together with our partners the Municipality of Amsterdam and Deedmob, we made it a wonderful party.
The meeting took place at the beautiful location of Equals Amsterdam. Our guests were treated to inspiring presentations from Lotte Terwel, District Administrator Amsterdam Centrum, Het Koffiehuis (where many corporate volunteers have already gotten involved), and from Sylvain (one of the companies that selflessly contributes through the platform). During the networking session, attendees were actively networking with various social organizations while holding a bingo card.
And did we already mention that there was an impressive drum performance by the Kids of Amsterdam?! 🥁💥 That really made the party complete.
Everyone had a great afternoon and there were some wonderful matches made. Everyone went home inspired. We are honored to contribute to this beautiful project.
