You couldn’t miss this! On Wednesday, December 7th, National Volunteer Day, we celebrated our one-year anniversary with the Amsterdam corporate volunteer platform *Business Involved*. Together with our partners, the City of Amsterdam and Deedmob, we put on a fantastic party.
The meeting took place at the beautiful Equals Amsterdam venue. Our guests were treated to inspiring presentations by Lotte Terwel, District Manager for Amsterdam Centrum, Het Koffiehuis (where many corporate volunteers have already started working), and Sylvain (one of the companies that volunteers through the platform). During drinks, bingo cards in hand, everyone networked with various social organizations.
And did we mention the impressive drum performance by the Kids of Amsterdam?! That really made the party complete.
Everyone had a great afternoon, and some great matches were made. Everyone went home inspired. We are honored to be able to contribute to this wonderful project.
