The City Centre Voluntour 2026 shows you the way to volunteer work!

Do you live in Amsterdam and want to make a difference in your city? Volunteering is the way to meet new people, learn more about Dutch culture, and contribute to the causes you care about. From gardening to leading children’s activities in a playground, making lunch, or being a host in a community center: there are many different options to choose from, depending on your interests, talents, and available time.

Do you want to learn more about volunteering and meet inspiring organizations in the city center? Join the Voluntour in the Nieuwmarkt and the Wallen district on June 17. During a guided walking tour of 2 hours, you will hear the stories of organizations that make a difference. Afterwards, there will be a gathering where you can ask questions and sign up directly to start volunteering!

This tour is free. Registration is mandatory.

This tour is made possible by the Volunteer Center Amsterdam, Fund for the Center, and various neighborhood organizations in the city center. The event is intended for and suitable for people who are looking for volunteer work and do not speak Dutch.
