How we work: customized matches with lasting impact

At Business Involved, we believe that every collaboration starts with a good conversation. That’s why we always begin with an intake meeting, where we clearly outline your CSR goals, core values, and ambitions. Does your company already have a solid CSR policy, or are you still at the beginning? Both are fine: we actively think along with you about how your unique vision, qualities, and resources can contribute to a stronger Amsterdam.

Based on that intake, we will look for one or more social organizations that truly fit you: not just any organization, but a partner that aligns with the vision, mission, strategy, and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of your company. We will then present the customized proposal to you, so you can choose which match feels best.

As soon as the match is made, we will develop an initial volunteer activity together with the organization that gives the partnership a flying start. We will take care of the contact, the planning, a clear briefing for all participants, and a good first activity in Amsterdam, so that your team can get started without worries.

At the end, we don’t just wrap things up: we schedule an evaluation meeting and provide advice on next steps, with a sustainable plan for the future (a Roadmap). We also arrange a follow-up meeting with the social organization, so that the relationship can continue to grow even without us.

What really sets us apart is that we don’t stop at a fun team day. We believe in multiple bet: sustainable collaborations that rest on three pillars. In addition to the clear match and the joint volunteer activity to powerfully kick off the collaboration, we also think about a lasting contribution: a contribution in donations, expertise, and pro-bono work, opening up your network for valuable connections, or making spaces available.
