AFC IJburg

AFC IJburg is a friendly and healthy association for all footballers in IJburg, young and old, where both competitive and recreational levels can pursue sporting ambitions. TEX

TEX was started by a group of IJburg residents with the intention of connecting neighborhood residents by creating beautiful things together. Tex is a ‘bloomery’. A place to meet, inspire, and empower each other. Together we create beauty and give new life to old materials.

SET

Set is a vibrant and socially engaged living community. Together we undertake all sorts of activities: language exchanges, cooking together, movie nights, playing games, you name it!

Factor IJ

Factor IJ is an art rental service, design store, and cultural meeting place all in one. They invite you to make art a part of your daily life.

Neighborhood Room Zeeburgereiland

The place in the neighborhood for and by residents on the edge of the new urban district Zeeburgereiland. It is a growing area where initiatives are welcome. It offers opportunities to build a new community for young and old.

Foundation Flexbieb Ijburg

Since April 2013, FlexBieb has been a cultural and debate center, library, internet café, and copy shop in IJburg (Amsterdam-East). Their motto: meet, share, strengthen.
