My motivation is to create a better world in which everyone can participate. Volunteering is essential to this: it strengthens the social fabric of the city and contributes to everything we consider important, from nature to animals, from culture to food.

As an organizational consultant, I help organizations deploy volunteers effectively and sustainably. Who are you looking for and why exactly? And because it’s a two-way street: what can you offer them? How do you give them a place in your team, how do you retain them and keep them engaged? How do you resolve conflicts and ensure safety? I also provide support in areas such as fundraising, GDPR issues, and everything else involved in running an organization.
