New job board for recruiting volunteers online

On February 17th, the VCA job board transitioned to a new system and is now located at:www.vca.nu/volunteer-vacancies/The benefits? As an organization, you can create job vacancies more quickly and make them more attractive with photos. You will have access to an organizational portal with all the information about recruiting volunteers. And for volunteers, it will be even easier to respond to your vacancy(ies)!

Log in to the new job board

Almost all organizations with online job vacancies have received new login codes by now. You can find the organization portal here:https://login.vacaturebank.vca.nu/What’s new is that as an organization, you have one set of login codes. If you and multiple colleagues use the job board, you will need to share them.

Photos and logos

You can add photos and logos to the organization and job listings. These will appear both in the overview of all job listings and on the job listing page itself. This gives the prospective volunteer a better idea of your organization and the activity!

No more credits

In the new system, credits for TopVacatures and Banners are no longer included. Did you have many left? Organizations that wish to be considered for cost compensation can contact the Helpdesk.helpdesk@vca.nuHello.

Everything is included, except for job applications and offline vacancies

We have transferred to the new job board: organization contact details, contacts, active vacancies up to 2 years old, and all volunteers. What did not transfer are the applications and offline vacancies.

If you have important information in the old system that you can no longer access, please contact the Helpdesk.helpdesk@vca.nu.

Job page on own site disappears

In the new system, you can’t create your own job vacancy page to display on your website. Your organization may be using this feature. If that’s the case, it’s important to fill this page with your job vacancies or create a link to the new job board. We are happy to assist you with this. Free subscription

Great news is that posting job vacancies is also free in this new system. The job board no longer operates with paid subscriptions. You create an account and can quickly post vacancies after we have approved the request.
