Seniors looking for volunteer work

During this Volunteer Café for Seniors, six volunteer organizations briefly presented themselves. In three minutes, they talked about their mission, what they do, and the type of volunteers they are looking for. After a short puppet show by Frederieke Cannegieter, they engaged in lively discussions with each other.The organizations present were:

Project

Volunteer Center Amsterdam organized this volunteer café as part of the project More seniors volunteering in the city center district. Within this project, we aim to connect more seniors with volunteer work so they can stay involved in social projects. Seniors often have a wealth of knowledge and experience that volunteer organizations can benefit from. The project is funded by theRCOAK, heySluyterman van Loo Foundationand the Municipality of Amsterdam Center.
