Making impact possible: the collaboration between Rituals Social Impact Team and Business Involved

Since the beginning of 2025, the Rituals Impact Team and Business Involved are working together on the organization of Impact Days. Business Involved takes on the role of connector and strategic partner: we open the networks, connect with local initiatives, and ensure that the Impact Days of Rituals colleagues actually take place: from the first contact to the day itself.

The result is impressive.

Colleagues from Rituals are committed to, among other things, Foundation Fair Start, The Salvation Army, Sooz, Grandma Coby’s Oliebollen Bar, Foundation Healthy Children en Neighborhood Belly. In many different places in the city, with just as much energy.

And we continue that collaboration unwaveringly:

At Foundation Healthy Children (location Sarphati, De Pijp) staff helped distribute summer packages to families at a school in De Pijp. Rituals surprised everyone with an extra beach bag full of summer products in each package.

The school announced:
“It has been a bit hectic, but we managed to hand out all the bags until the last moment. Everyone was incredibly happy with them: the kids and the parents.”😊”

And by Food Garden IJplein a big team of colleagues went into the garden to harvest vegetables. This garden supplies initiatives like De Voedselbank and Resto van Harte: pure impact cross-pollination. But just as valuable: a relaxing place to connect with each other in a different way.

A participant summed it up beautifully:
“The morning was very nice! Glad we could help and also very happy with the weather!”

This is what happens when a strong network, the right connections, and genuine involvement come together, and Rituals continuously shows how much positivity and commitment their people have to offer.
