Herman is an energy coach

Herman Grajer (67) has been a volunteer at !WOON for half a year. As an Energy Coach, he visits people who have signed up with !WOON to provide advice on reducing their energy bills, and he explains how to read the energy bill if necessary. Grajer is a retired electrical engineering teacher, saw a recruitment advertisement from !WOON, and found it to be a perfect fit for him. Meaningful work, and it keeps him engaged with people.

Want to become an energy coach?

!WOON advises and assists residents in solving problems in and around the home, including in Amsterdam. One of !WOON’s projects is the energy coach project. Volunteers are trained for this purpose. In Amsterdam, 81 volunteers work for !WOON, and 37 of them are energy coaches.
