In collaboration with the Amsterdam Meeting Centers (AOCs) and DemenTalent, Volunteer Center Amsterdam is organizing an online meeting for volunteer coordinators who may experience volunteers in their organization becoming forgetful.
An estimated eighty thousand residents of Amsterdam need a buddy, due to loneliness, mental health issues, language barriers, or because they need help solving their debts.
Corona also sparks creativity and new ideas that require voluntary commitment during and after the crisis. In November, we organized two inspiration sessions with organizations, and these tips emerged from them.
