In both Amsterdam Nieuw-West and city-wide, I advise volunteer organizations. From small initiatives to large organizations, everyone is welcome with questions about working with volunteers—for example, volunteer policy, insurance, governance, VOGs, or recruiting and guiding volunteers.

Together we can look at what’s needed to answer those questions. Sometimes that’s by email or phone, and sometimes via a consult, a training, or a longer advisory process. Working with volunteers is often fantastic and inspiring, but also challenging. Fortunately, you’re not on your own—I’m happy to think along.

I love that so many people and initiatives make our beautiful city even more livable. It motivates me every day to help them do their (volunteer) work as well as possible.
