I advise and train organizations that work with volunteers. My specialties are supporting people in setting up an initiative and helping when things get tough.

I train and help people who guide volunteers on all related topics. I also help organizations work on safety—for example, how to create codes of conduct, when to request a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG), and how to talk about safety in your organization. I mainly focus on city-wide organizations and informal care.
