I advise volunteer organizations in Amsterdam. From small initiatives to large organizations, everyone is welcome with questions about working with volunteers. How do you draft a volunteer policy? How does volunteer insurance work? How do you attract more volunteers? Or how can you strengthen your current group of volunteers?

Together we look at the questions within the organization and all the aspects that come with them. This way we explore what is needed for the next steps. You’re not alone—I’m happy to think along.

Sometimes it can be useful to involve volunteers with an inspiration session, or to arrange a training for, for example, the board. I handle that too, whenever it benefits the strengthening of the organization.
