Manage Your Vacancy

Copying or cloning a vacancy can be useful if, for example, you are looking for volunteers for the same vacancy in different districts, or if you use the same text as a basis for more of your vacancies. You can clone a vacancy. A copy will then be made that you can modify and publish with the changes.

Here’s how to do it:

  • Go to ‘our vacancies’ at the top and click on ‘open’ or ‘closed’ under vacancies. Find the vacancy you want to copy. You will see “clone” in the top right corner, click on it.

  • A pop-up screen for the new vacancy will now appear. Here you can change the name of the vacancy and any other information. Go through it carefully and see what needs to be changed to complete this vacancy as well.
  • Click save. You only need to publish the vacancy. How to do this can be found on the Publish a Vacancy page.

Where can you see your vacancy? All published vacancies can be found on the VCA vacancy bank:

https://www.vca.nu/en/online-vacancybank/

You can search on the left for your organization, and then see at a glance which vacancies have been correctly published.

Need help?

Missing a vacancy? Something not right? It takes a moment for a vacancy to be published. The vacancy bank is refreshed at fixed times, so there may be some delay. So always wait a bit — if you still don’t see anything after 30 minutes, call our helpdesk!

My vacancy is still not listed and I can’t figure it out! Then please contact the helpdesk. They will look into it with you as quickly as possible and we’ll make sure your vacancy gets online as soon as possible.

Once your vacancy is on the vacancy bank, wait for a response and let an applicant know quickly.
