Are you not receiving responses to job applications by email?
We have recently received a number of reports from organizations that have not received candidates’ responses to their job postings. That is, of course, a real shame!
Have you not received any comments recently?
Normally, you receive an email for each comment. Have you not received any emails recently? Please log in to thejob boardPlease check if any job applications have been received!
If so, there has likely been an update in your systems recently causing our emails to be seen as ‘unreliable’. They may no longer pass through the firewall and end up in the spam box, directly in the trash, or be completely rejected.
1. Go to ‘Start’ and select the icon with the prohibition sign;
2. A submenu will open, choose safe senders;
3. Select add;
4. Add the domain: @mail.vca.nu;
5. Click OK. You can then test it with a test application in the job board;
6. Emails should now come into the inbox as normal.
