Sometimes a situation arises between a social organization and a volunteer where both parties cannot find a resolution. Volunteer Center Amsterdam helps you further in seeking a solution, a good approach, or a referral.

When can you come to us?

Two advisors are also confidential contact persons to assist social organizations in difficult situations. Below are some examples. If your situation is not listed but you think we can still play a role, please do not hesitate to get in touch.Social organizations:

• Questions and cases regarding third-party safety
• Questions regarding transgressive behavior of volunteers

Volunteers:

• Cross-border behavior such as bullying, sexual harassment, or aggression
