Every month, around 650 potential volunteers respond to volunteer positions in the vacancy bank.
The information you provide about your volunteer position is very important in how many responses you receive.
A concrete, compact, and appealing description of the offered volunteer position makes a positive first impression. That makes the difference between responding or not.

• Ensure a concrete, accessible, and approachable volunteer position;
• Write an appealing call to action;
• Respond quickly to potential volunteers (arrange a replacement during vacation or illness);
• Keep your vacancy/vacancies up to date;
• Also offer short/one-time tasks (and clearly indicate when they will take place);
• Don’t be afraid to ask people in your own network.
