Your personal data can be processed for various purposes. The various purposes are the following: a
If you are interested in VCA’s offer, you can request information on our websites, by telephone or in writing, which we will then send you by email and/or post. We ask you for your name, address details and e-mail address. We also ask you to provide your telephone number so that our employee can contact you.
You can sign up for the newsletter via the VCA website. We process your name and email address for this.
When you decide to use VCA services and products, we process your name, address details, telephone number and e-mail address in our system. The data are processed for the purpose of drawing up contract (s) and drawing up the invoices.
VCA is legally obliged to keep this invoice when it sends you an invoice. The same applies to the sales agreement. Your name, address details, e-mail address and telephone number are processed for the purpose of drawing up the sales agreement and the invoice.
If you want VCA to contact you, you can send an email or call us. In order to respond, we process your name, your address, your email address and your telephone number.
If you want to use our vacancy bank to respond to a vacancy or send an open application, your data will be stored in our system. This information includes your name, zip code, telephone number and email address. You can also enter additional information about yourself. If you want to upload your CV yourself, this data is also available online.
When you submit a complaint by email or telephone, we process your name, address details, telephone number and e-mail address to handle the complaint.
VCA processes personal data for the execution of agreement (s) concluded between you and her, for the purpose of a legal obligation, in the context of the promotion of legitimate interests and/or on the basis of consent or legal obligation given by you. In the overview below you can see which legal basis justifies which purpose for the processing of your personal data.
Retention periods

Persons can submit a request for removal in the meantime. This will then be done within 2 working days.
VCA processes the aforementioned personal data for its own purposes. When processing, it does use third parties (processors) who also have to deal with your personal data based on their task.
We handle the personal data you entrust to us with care and take appropriate, technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. This way we ensure that only the necessary people have access to your data.
VCA’s website meets high quality standards. The website runs on a web hosting that is ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified. This certificate has been issued for compliance with international information security standards. In addition, a Web Application Firewall has also been implemented as an extra security layer. All data sent between user and web server is sent via a secure SSL connection.
The CRM and ERP system are GDPR compliant. This means that the systems meet the highest quality and safety standards and are continuously updated. All systems are protected by a high-end firewall, as an extra security layer.
If your data is known to VCA, you have the option to view your personal data after written request. If the overview provided by VCA contains inaccuracies, you can request VCA in writing to change the data. You can also request VCA to delete your personal data and you can withdraw any consent you have given for the processing of your personal data. If you do not want to be approached with information about VCA products and services, you can of course also let us know. Your request (s) will be processed by VCA as soon as possible, but in any case within four weeks of receipt.
