Organization consultant for the East district and Urban (32 hours per week)

Do you want to strengthen social organizations and contribute to powerful volunteer work? As an organizational consultant at VCA, you help local initiatives grow, connect people, and foster collaboration.totSupport, train, and inspire social organizations to increase their impact. What are you going to do exactly?

• I advise and supportsocial organizations and initiatives related to everything about volunteering. From recruitment to volunteer policy.
• You organize training sessions, workshops, and networking events.promote knowledge sharing and collaboration.
• You participate in consultation and strategic tables andstrengthens the position of VCA in the cityand promotes collaborations.
• You act as a conversation partner and advocatefor the field of volunteers towards municipality and other stakeholders.

What do you bring along?

• You gain energy from collaboratingand strengthening social organizations.
• You have 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
• You think strategically and act practically– you see opportunities and translate them into concrete actions and results.
• You communicate strongly and naturally– you easily build relationships and maintain a broad network.
