Heartwarming thank you lunch
What a beautiful thank you lunch! With over 200 volunteers from all corners of the city, we celebrated on Sunday, December 7th.#NationalVolunteersDayand the tireless commitment that makes Amsterdam stronger and more social. And that in a special location:Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam.
It was a very beautiful afternoon. We enjoyed it immensely and it was lovely to see how much fun everyone was having at the table.
AldermanAlexander Scholtessaid it aptly:
“It is special and very valuable what you all do. To you and all the other 280,000 volunteers in Amsterdam: thank you! It’s cool to be kind!”
