We believe it is important for companies to collaborate structurally and long-term with social organizations in the city. That is why we have the project Business Involved. Here, companies can register and find activities where their employees can contribute more to a better city. This is the way for employees to connect structurally with Amsterdam while also forming meaningful connections and making a sustainable impact.If there is no room for a long-term and sustainable collaboration within your company at this time and you choose for a one-time deployment of your team, we would like to refer you to one of our partners more focused on team volunteer work:

NLCares

NLcares offers flexible standard team activities for up to 10 people. They also provide customized team activities for 10-250 employees.Read more.

In exchange for an experience or a (learning) goal, your company can help the care institution Cordaan with activities and support in projects. The activities can be very diverse.Read more.

NLdoet

Every year in March, NLdoet is organized; the largest volunteer action in the Netherlands. In 2026, this will take place on March 13 and 14. Starting from January 2026, there will be on the site ofNLdoetfind volunteer tasks from which you can choose a fun task for your team.

Serve the City at Work

Serve the City at Work organizes unforgettable volunteer activities and impact days specifically for companies. Their goal: to help organizations translate their CSR ambitions into concrete impact actions and make Amsterdam livable for everyone. In addition to one-time team-building activities and impact days for 5 – 700 participants, they also offer impact partnerships to make a lasting difference together.Read more
