Everyone can now use an extra dose of love
Linda is a singer, all her performances have been canceled. “I have sung songs on the balcony a few times, but you also don’t want to bore the neighbors all the time. That’s why I am now making musical surprise videos from the living room for people who need some encouragement and extra love.”“It started with some requests from acquaintances, and through word of mouth, it kept growing. The videos are intended for birthdays or anniversaries, but also for people who are sick or going through a tough time. I recently made a birthday video for Aunt Gerrie, she is 88 and used to play the accordion. I sang the Dutch song ‘Let the sun into your heart’ for her, very fitting. Making others happy also makes you happy yourself. I recommend it to everyone.”
It’s not always cheerful
Songs are also requested for people who are ill and going through a tough time. “Today I received a voice message from a lady who is in the middle of her chemotherapy and therefore falls into the high-risk group. Contact with others is even more difficult, which can feel quite lonely. She tearfully said in a voice message that the song requested especially for her has brought her a lot of strength.”
Surprise
According to Linda, everyone can use an extra dose of love right now, either for fun or because someone truly deserves it. “We are all in the same boat. Birthdays are not being celebrated. We can’t hug each other. How nice is it then to receive or give a surprise video to a family member, a friend, or a loved one?”If you also want to request a song, please contact Linda viainfo@lynnmae.comor bel/app her at: 06-34192496.
