Remuneration policy
The director receives a salary in accordance with scale 13 of the Welfare collective labor agreement. The supervisory board members perform their supervisory duties on a voluntary basis and receive a gift voucher at Christmas, the same as the other paid staff and other volunteers of Vrijwilligers Centrale Amsterdam.
