Organizations and initiatives in Amsterdam: Post your volunteer jobs for free in our online job bank and bring them to the attention of thousands of people looking for fun and meaningful volunteer work. With your own account, you can get started right away.

How do you create a login?

Register your organization for our job board via the button above. If you have provided your email address, you will receive two emails:

1. In the first email: There is a link to the portal (the back side of the job board). https://login.vacaturebank.vca.nu/and the username. Note: the username always ends with @vca.login and is therefore not the organization’s email address. So make sure to check which username you have received and keep this username safe.
2. In the second email: there is a temporary password. You can use this to log in for the first time and then create your own password.

Click on the link to the organization portal (https://login.vacaturebank.vca.nu/) and fill in the username + the temporary password from the two emails. You will then arrive at the screen where you need to change the password:

Choose a password for your organization that meets the requirements.

Keep the username and the chosen password safe. These are the login credentials for your organization. Do other colleagues also want to post job vacancies? Then you will all use the same login credentials.

Welcome to the organization portal

Once you have changed the password, you can log in to the portal! You will then see this screen:

At the top is the main menu, which consists of six different pages:

• Homepage: This is where you land immediately upon logging in, here are the buttons to create job postings and view applications. You can also see the updates here, read them regularly as they often contain tips for the job postings!
• Our job openings: On this page, you will find all the job openings of your organization, you can manage them here and create new job openings.
• Our applications: Here is everyone who has applied, you can edit them on this page.
• Our organizations: Here you can find all the information about your organization. You can edit it here.
• More:

• Our team: Here are all the provided contacts.
• FAQ: Here you will find solutions for questions and problems.

You might want to post your first job vacancy right away, but it’s important to start with ‘our organization’. Here you can check if all the information about your organization is complete. Otherwise, people will get a misleading impression of the organization, and that would be a shame.
