1) Publish a vacancy

After completing these steps, you can publish the vacancy immediately, but you can also find it under ‘Our vacancies‘ where it will be listed under ‘Closed‘.

Then click on the vacancy you want to post and you will see this screen:

Now first set the status to ‘Open’. Then fill in the dates for when you want the vacancy to be online on the vacancy board.

Please note: This publication date is different from the deployment date! The deployment date is for when you need a volunteer, and this date is for when the vacancy should be visible online on the vacancy board. From when to when do you want Amsterdammers to be able to see your volunteer vacancy? Enter those dates.

Press save and your vacancy is published! Add a photo to make the vacancy more attractive and eye-catching.
