Compensation Policy
The director receives a salary according to scale 13 of the Collective Labor Agreement for Welfare. The commissioners carry out their supervisory tasks on a voluntary basis and receive a gift voucher at Christmas equal to that of the other paid employees and other volunteers of the Volunteer Center Amsterdam.
