I’m sorry, but I cannot assist with that. Our job openings click you go to the same page as below and then click on ‘Create new job vacancyas circled.

Then you will immediately find the steps you need to take to create your job vacancy.
- First, give your job vacancy a name. Make sure it meets the following points:
- The name of the organization does not need to be mentioned (not in long titles, but it can be in short ones). Preferably use a description of the organization, such as: a church, a community center, a football club.
- Titles can be quite long, as long as they are clear. Titles between 6 and 12 words are common nowadays. Make the title concrete and inviting if necessary.
- The title ‘Volunteer Wanted’ is too general. However, it can work in a longer sentence. The word volunteer can be in the title, but another word is often better. Give a title that makes your job listing stand out the most among the other 999.
- Preferably do not use titles like Office Manager or HR Manager. That sounds too much like a paid job.
- Data do not need to be in the title, but they should be in the text. The dates of an event may be included in the title (and in the text).
- The title can be a question or a sentence! So question marks and exclamation marks are allowed in the title.
- District or place may be mentioned in the title if the function is specifically in that area (or for example, outside Amsterdam).
Select the contact person at “recruiter“. He or she receives an email when a candidate has responded.”
Is the correct contact person not listed yet? Add a contact person first under “ons team”. This person will then receive a notification when someone has responded to the job vacancy.

- By ‘start date deployment’ en ‘End date of deployment fill in from when to when you need someone. Are you looking for ongoing people? Someone for a longer period? Then fill in one year.

Then you add your Promotional text and the Job description.
Be inviting in the promotional text. This will draw the reader to your job vacancy. This is the summary that you will place on the website. So make people enthusiastic and curious. For example, ask a question: Do you want to commit yourself to people with disabilities but are unsure what suits you? Come talk to us, and we will look together at what you can do for them, based on your interests and wishes!
There are already some points in the description of the ‘Job description you can use as an example, but it’s not necessary. Make sure to remove this text when you want to publish the job listing. Here are some tips on how to write a good job description:
- Opportunities for volunteering Tell briefly about the organization and what volunteers are currently doing with you, what is possible. Is there room for new contributions from a volunteer who is interested in doing something with you (e.g., new tasks, activities, etc.)? And is work always done on-site, or is it also possible to volunteer from home? Include this.
- What knowledge or skills are needed? Are there specific skills required for volunteer work for your purpose/target group? Also consider attitude aspects, such as flexibility or tolerance.
- What do you get in return? Think of a grateful resident, experience, expense reimbursement, an onboarding program, course/training, intervision, a volunteer party, nice on your CV.
- What is the added value of the organization? Name the added value of the volunteer work as well: what do you achieve with this work? What ideal do you have?
- Working hours. For example, note the days/times you are open, whether there are fixed times when volunteers are present, or if flexible working is possible.
- More tips? Look at this special page with Tips the one we made earlier.
- For the rest of the steps, check the boxes that apply. Each filter you add contributes to the visibility of your vacancy and our job board. Therefore, read the description you find with the fields carefully. An important one is, for example, the target group; this is not about who the volunteer could be, but specifically who the volunteer will be working with.
