2. When is the project ready? Determine the tasks together so that it is clear when it is completed.
3. Agree on how and when you provide feedback and how you do it. This way, the agreements and expectations remain clear.
4. Determine who communicates with each other, when, and about what, so that you can switch quickly and avoid any noise.
5. And most importantly: Keep smiling, have fun, and be open to each other!
