Arts and Crafts Volunteers for ARTZUID Art Camp

JOB DISCRIPTION
Provide guidance to children aged 5-11 years during ART CAMP in our children’s workshop and on excursions. Assist in the arts and crafts workshops. Maintain order and supervise children. Provide necessary set-up and clean-up of materials.

WHAT KIND OF KNOWLEDGE OR SKILLS ARE NEEDED?
You have work experience with children. Working with children inspires you. You have experience with creative activities. You have a good command of Dutch or English. You are at least 16 years of age.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM US?
Introductory interview. Extensive information meeting about the ART CAMP assignments. Teaching materials for preparation. Induction by existing volunteers. Support and guidance by educational supervisor.

WHAT DO YOU GET IN RETURN?

WHAT IS THE ADDED VALUE OF THIS VOLUNTEER JOB?
You will teach our children the importance of art and how to deal with outdoor art. Your will also enhance their creative talents and help them make new friends.

WORK HOURS
ART CAMP: Monday to Friday 9.00 – 16.00 during the school holidays (Spring, May, Summer & Autumn). For full or half days, we make the schedule together.
